Dear Great Cork West Seed Swap Groups.

First of all, congratulations on your "seed swap". This is critical to the preservation of seeds especially with a huge company known as Monsanto in the United States that is trying to buy up all the seed suppliers. They also produce genetically modified organisms which I personally rebuke. I grew up in a farming community in North Carolina. Even some of the local farmers are using the GMO seeds and not aware of the potential dangers.

I am a rawfood chef instructor and willing to teach your local folks about the value of "living food" preparation. I attended the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute (the only one in the world) and am interested in sharing this valuable information along with recipes.

If there is any interest by your group in this venue, please let me know. I reside between North Carolina and the San Francisco Bay Area. I do believe my Grandfather immigrated from Skibbereen to the United States during the potato famine.

My website "www.vibrantlvingtoday.com" is under construction and will soon be 'live". Let me know if there is any interest in this subject in Skibbereen.
