Tooreen, Dumanway: CANCELLED

We’re sorry to say that this walk is cancelled

Tooreen is a 33 acre hillside woodland alongside a mountain stream. The land provides us with water, firewood and building timbers. A comfortable track offers a nice opportunity to walk the hill. Also a possibility to see the hydro-electric power unit under reconstruction.

Directions: From Bantry take the R585, Kealkill to Cork road, take 2nd road to the left after the Cousane Gap.
